               the many messages and signals produced by postures, body movements, space, and touch.

               The term ―body language,‖ in fact, refers to the messages and signals produced by the whole
               body.


                3.4.2. GAIT


                       Gait refers to the manner in which you walk. Have you ever considered how much you
               communicate  about  yourself  simply  by  the  way  you  walk?  Whether  your  gait  is  fast  or  slow

               paced, whether you take brisk or heavy steps in and out of your boss‘ cabin, whether you make
               agile rounds in and around the workplace or heavy and slow footsteps to your cubicle, each
               type of gait communicates something about your state of mind at that point in time.


                 3.4.3. POSTURE


                       Posture refers to both the position of the body by itself and in relation toothers. The way
               you  sit  or  stand  canal  so  convey  your  level  of  comfort,  professionalism  and  general  attitude

               toward a person or conversation. Sheldon has classified the general body build into three types.
               They are:
               Ectomorphic–tallandthin

               Mesomorphic–strongandmuscular
               Endomorphic–fatandround
               The way we stand and move is influenced by our body form. A good posture gives a good first

               impression.  It  also  determine  sour  personality,  attitude  and  reaction  to  other

               When  interacting  with  someone  with  a  lower  organizational  level,  people  are  typically
               comfortable, however when in the company of someone with a higher organizational position,

               they become conscious and guarded.
